The Goal
1) Promote the Galaxy™ brand on behalf of distribution partners, redirecting potential buyers to their closest distribution partner or existing partnership. 2) Educate distribution sales teams on new product line by offering hands-on experience with the equipment. 3) Explore market potential and gain new distribution partners to fill in gaps in service across the continent. 4) Build awareness of both brands.
The Solution
Respecting the fact that people are already carrying many items and didn't necessarily want to add another piece of clutter to their pile, I created half-size (6"x9") pocket folders to hold the materials that would offer them the most value. 
Every pocket folder included a business card for Frontline, a mini-catalog, and a product line card co-branded with a distributor's contact information. Additional pieces that could be included per each visitor were Galaxy™ printed media swatches, a lanyard, pen, or notebook.
The Result
Non-stop flow of potential customers, 200+ qualified leads, 90% of marketing materials distributed, and 10+ media racks were sold as a result of the show. Immeasurable results include awareness built for Frontline & Galaxy; putting a face to the name of the hardware supplied by our distributors.
